How to OrderYou can place your order by using the online shopping experience, the contact us link online; or alternatively you can order by phone. Please contact us on 07 572 3632 or mobile 021 771 986. Our office hours are flexible (being a home based business) with voice mail taking your call if we are unavailable at the time. We always want to speak with you so please feel free to leave a message and someone will get back to you within 24 hours.
Payment of GoodsPayment of goods can be made via the online shopping cart experience. Alternatively you can use the contact us page to place an order. Upon confirmation of your order we will send you a GST invoice (usually by email) at which point your goods will shipped upon receipt of payment. Banking details will be provided on your invoice or by alternative methods of communication.
Goods will be shipped once payment has been cleared by the bank.
Ownership of GoodsAll goods supplied by The Garden Chess Company Limited shall remain the property of the Garden Chess Company Limited until payment has been made in full.
PricingAll prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZ$) and can be subject to change without notice. Prices are inclusive of GST (15% sales tax).
Delivery of GoodsWe only deliver within New Zealand and ship our goods using PBT Group. Delivery should take between 2-3 working days and a day or two longer for rual deliveries.

Return PolicyThe Garden Chess Company Limited wants you to be happy with your purchase. However, we understand that there are circumstances that warrant a return. Please read the following terms carefully.
ReturnsYou may return any product for a refund within 30 days of receipt of the product. Returned items must be received by The Garden chess Company Limited in new, resalable condition. All approved returns will be refunded 100% of the purchase price of the unit. However, you will not be reimbursed for any freight or handling charges. If The Garden Chess Company Limited couriered the item(s) to you at no cost (Freight Free) and you return that item(s) for a refund, the original freight costs incurred by The Garden Chess Company Limited will be deducted from your return amount. We will cover the cost of the return freight only when we send the same item as a replacement. Items that are returned and are non-saleable due to use, damage or missing parts will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
How to make a returnIf you have any questions about making a return please contact The Garden Chess Company using the contact us form online or by phone listed online. The following information must be included with your return. Name, Address, Phone Number, Order Number and Reason for Return. If you return an item to us and your return does not meet our return policies, your return will not be processed and will be returned to you at your expense. Please contact us if you have any questions before returning an item.
Processing RefundsThe Garden Chess Company Limited will process your refund as soon as possible, but please allow up to 2 weeks to receive and process your refund. We cannot be responsible for delays caused by mail. The Garden Chess Company Limited will refund you in the same manner in which you paid. If you have not received your refund after 2 weeks, please contact us.
Variation of Terms & ConditionsWe may amend or replace these terms and conditions of The Garden Chess Company Limited from time to time. The amended or replacement terms and conditions of The Garden Chess Company Limited will then apply.
